Reasonably good condition for age.
Has some issues:
Cover has wear and some discoloration See photos.
There is wear from use and age see photos.
The Binding is loose see photos - Looked in you tube seems like an easy repair if you have time.
The pages inside seem good and I did not check every page it seems complete.
