    Description

    "NAM SENSE--SURVIVING VIETNAM WITH THE 101st AIRBORNE DIVISION" is the personal memoir of the author, Arthur Wiknik, who was a squad leader, Company A,  2nd Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne. He was a Sergeant who experienced heavy combat to faking insanity to get some R&R, to tricking supply into food for his unit. He was the first man in his unit to reach Hamburger Hill and saw intense combat at Shau Valley. Nothing pretty here--just raw Vietnam combat!
