The Oatey 1 lb. Water-Soluble Lead-Free Tinning Flux is designed for use in joining or sweating copper pipe and fittings. The 100% lead-free formula has a petrolatum base for effective cleaning. NSF standard 14 and standard 61 certified for performance and health effects.
Effective on most metals, excluding aluminum and stainless steel
Compatible with common plumbing solder alloys
Formula resists turning copper piping green
