    Description

    We are selling a vintage, Native American, black leather bolo tie with a sterling silver slide that is decorated with stamped designs and a bear claw with mosaic chip inlay of turquoise and red coral.  The piece is unmarked as to maker or metal content but I guarantee the metal to be solid silver and the piece to be a genuine, vintage Native American piece--Navajo I believe.  The slide is generally oval in shape and is about 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide at its widest.  The lock on the slide is marked BENNETT PAT. PEND.  The braided bolo strand has sterling silver tips with silver balls at the ends of the cone shaped tips.  The strand is about 36" end to end.
