    Description

This is a One-of-Kind Book with the hand signed signatures of the original seven photographers who were present with their cameras 53 years ago at the Monterey International Pop Festival in 1967.
The seven photographers are: Fred Arellano, Ed Caraeff, Jerry de Wilde, Henry Diltz, Lisa Law, Elaine Mayes, and Tom Gundelfinger O’Neal.
This book includes a collection of photographs by Elaine Mayes from the 1967 Monterey International Pop Festival featuring the first time seen photographs of the artists- Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, the Who, Simon & Garfunkel, Mamas & Papas, Jefferson Airplane, Eric Burdon & the Animals, Ravi Shankar, plus many more.
The soft cover 192 page book measures 12 1/2 inches X 9 1/2 inches and is housed in a custom made cloth slipcase.
When the signatures were obtained for this book, this was the only time all 7 photographers were present together in the same location since 1967 as this occurrence may probably never be repeated again.
Reference group photo and event information card for this unique gathering placed in a protective sleeve and is also included with this book.
