Up for sale a beautiful used GE Model 48P40 Stainless Steel Chromed electric percolator. It is in beautiful condition and has that Art Deco look. The finish on the outside is just about spotless with only a couple of very light scratches next to the spout. It is bright and shiny and I have buffed the outside. The basket and stem are in very good condition and they have been cleaned and ready to use. The glass top on the lid is perfect and does not have nay chips or cracks in it. The inside of the pot has been cleaned spotless and is in ready to use condition right from the box. The heating mechanism inside the bottom is perfect with no corrosion or leaking from inside of the pot. There are no cracks or chips on the handle or the bottom cover. I have brewed several pots of water at different temperature settings to make sure that it brews, the light comes on and it shuts off when done and it does. This also finish cleans the inside and makes it ready to use right from the box. The light comes on when the brewing cycle is done to let you know it is ready to enjoy. It also features a reheating setting to just reheat the coffee without running the water thru the basket or re percolating. I have sold several of these in the past and this one is by far one of the best one that I have found. I also remove all the old paint from the lettering and marking on the front panel. I then redo the lettering and markings with new paint to set them off and bring the lettering and markings back to the original look.
