This is very nice and is new old stock (NOS) and looks like its from the 1950s and was made in the US or Japan, however, not marked.
Toy itself is about 4.8" long.
This type of toy was found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10, that you would purchase to annoy your parents or to make noise and New Year's..
Very neat, this is being sold as a collectors toy, as safety standards have changed, and being
sold as an adults collectors item
and not for children as they could have loose items and item could cause injury or choking hazard.
This is almost as new and came from old vendor stock, not perfect, as they have not been stored perfectly over the years , but still nice.
This is part of a huge collection of vintage dime store items that were stored in a box for years that came from a warehouse
