    or 100 Krónur note from the
    "Sedlabanki Íslands"
    or the Central Bank of Iceland. It was authorized by the law of March 29, 1961.
    Iceland was first settled by Vikings in 840 AD. It boasts the oldest Parliament in the world, founded in 930 AD, at one time ruled from Denmark, it is today an independent country.
