This is a 128-year-old Barber Quarter, an 1893 certified by NGC as AU Details Harshly Cleaned. I see no evidence of the "harshly" - no scratches or other surface defects at all. The patina does look artificial. In terms of wear, there is almost none, likely justifying at least a 55 grade if not cleaned.
